Offering scenic water frontage on Bear River, the property is located approximately 15 minutes to Sunday River Resort and features a large living room with cathedral ceilings and beautiful wood burning stone fireplace. 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom can be found on the main living level and the second floor includes a large master suite with private bathroom and a great loft space that can be used as a second living room area.

Please note for winter renters: The two existing bathrooms are currently being fully renovated, and a third bathroom is being added in the finished basement.
